ANUNCIO ESPECÍFICO DE ADQUISICIONES (Obras) R E PÚBLICA DEL PERÚ PROGRAMA SUBSECTORIAL DE IRRIGACIONES PROGRAMA NACIONAL DE RIEGO TECNIFICADO PARA UNA AGRICULTURA CLIMATICAMENTE RESILIENTE CONTRATO DE PRÉSTAMO N°9616-PE SOLICITUD DE OFERTAS N°013-2025-MIDAGRI-PSI-PNRT (PROCESO DE LICITACIÓN DE UN SOLO SOBRE) EJECUCIÓN DE LA OBRA: “MEJORAMIENTO DEL SERVICIO DE AGUA A NIVEL PARCELARIO CON UN SISTEMA DE RIEGO TECNIFICADO PARA EL GRUPO DE GESTIÓN EMPRESARIAL SEÑOR CAUTIVO DE HUAPALAS, DISTRITO DE CHULUCANAS-PROVINCIA DE MORROPON-DEPARTAMENTO DE PIURA” Número de referencia STEP: PE-PSI-433156-CW-RFB-3 La República del Perú ha recibido del Banco Internacional de Reconstrucción y Fomento (BIRF), un Préstamo para financiar parcialmente el costo del Programa Nacional de Riego Tecnificado para una Agricultura Climáticamente Resiliente, mediante el Contrato de Préstamo N°9616-PE .
El Programa Subsectorial de Irrigaciones – PSI, es el responsable de la ejecución del Programa, en el marco del cual se invita a los interesados a presentar sus ofertas para la EJECUCIÓN DE LA OBRA “ MEJORAMIENTO DEL SERVICIO DE AGUA A NIVEL PARCELARIO CON UN SISTEMA DE RIEGO TECNIFICADO PARA EL GRUPO DE GESTIÓN EMPRESARIAL SEÑOR CAUTIVO DE HUAPALAS, DISTRITO DE CHULUCANAS-PROVINCIA DE MORROPON-DEPARTAMENTO DE PIURA ”.
El plazo de ejecución de la obra es de 120 días calendario. La presente convocatoria se efectúa de acuerdo con las Regulaciones de Adquisiciones para Prestatarios en Proyectos de Inversión elaboradas por el Banco Mundial de setiembre de 2023, denominadas en lo sucesivo “Regulaciones de Adquisiciones”. Las ofertas que superen el monto referencial también serán evaluadas.
El Documento de Solicitud de Ofertas podrá ser recabado, de 8:00 a 17:00 horas, en la oficina de Trámite Documentario del Programa Subsectorial de Irrigaciones, sito en Av. Alameda del Corregidor N°155, distrito de La Molina, provincia y departamento de Lima o puede ser solicitado al correo electrónico: adquisiciones.pnrt@psi.gob.pe o puede ser descargado de la página web de la Entidad.

Los interesados deberán registrarse en la dirección electrónica antes indicada para que se les notifique las posibles enmiendas o aclaraciones que pudieran surgir en el marco del proceso de Solicitud de Ofertas, las mismas que también serán publicadas en la Página Web de la Entidad https://www.gob.pe/institucion/psi/colecciones/48134-solicitud-de-ofertas .
Las ofertas deberán entregarse en Mesa de Partes del Programa Subsectorial de Irrigaciones - PSI, en la siguiente dirección: Av. Alameda del Corregidor N°155, La Molina, ciudad de Lima, hasta las 10:00 a.m. del día 02 de febrero de 2026 . El Contratante no será responsable por la entrega tardía de las ofertas, por tal motivo, serán rechazadas en caso de entregarse después de la fecha y hora límite.
