The ENF Placerville Nursery FY26 Contain Planting Mix (soil for sowing) is a request for the supply 80/20 peat moss-vermiculite soil mix in tote bags to the Eldorado National Forest Placerville Nursery in support of reforestation in national forests across California State. (5) North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) Code.
115112, Soil Preparation, Planting, and Cultivating The small business size standard is $9.5 (6) Product or Service Code (PSC). F005, Natural Resources/Conservation-Forest Tree Planting (7) Delivery Location. The boxes shall be delivered to the Placerville Nursery located at 2375 Fruitridge Road, Camino, CA 95709 in Eldorado County. (8) Solicitation Number. 127EAS26Q0012 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).
(9) Line-Item Number. 2 -line items are anticipated. See the schedule of items in attachments. (10) Set-aside Status. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. (11) Closing Response Date. 03/05/2026 no later than 1500 PT.
Offer submissions must include the solicitation number in the subject of the email(s) and contractor’s name. (e.g. Offer, 127EAS25Q0001, ABC Company). The interested Contractor is responsible for verifying receipt of proposal by the Contracting Officer. (12) Cutoff for Questions. 03/04/2026 no later than 1300 PT .
