Scope overview
District is seeking estimated quantity of 6 lines for Internet Access including the necessary data connections/circuits plus the voice features detailed below per the following descriptions. The applicant understands that voice features are ineligible for E-rate, and asks that those charges be clearly identified with proposals for cost allocation.
- El Dorado Union High School District Office located at 4675 Missouri Flat Road, Placerville, CA 95667 - minimum 1 Gbps, and must be able to carry up to 46 voice channels. Please provide options for growth including 1 Gbps, 2 Gbps and 5 Gbps. - El Dorado High School located at 561 Canal Street, Placerville, CA 94667 - minimum 20 Mbps internet circuit, and must also be able to carry up to 23 voice channels.
Please provide options for growth including 20 Mbps, 30 Mbps, 50 Mbps, 100 Mbps, 250 Mbps, 500 Mbps and 1 Gbps. - Oak Ridge High School located at 1120 Harvard Way, Folsom, CA 95762 - minimum 20 Mbps internet circuit, and must also be able to carry up to 23 voice channels. Please provide options for growth including 20 Mbps, 30 Mbps, 50 Mbps, 100 Mbps, 250 Mbps, 500 Mbps and 1 Gbps.
- Ponderosa High School located at 3661 Ponderosa Rd., Shingle Springs, CA 94682 - minimum 20 Mbps internet circuit, and must also be able to carry up to 23 voice channels. Please provide growth including 20 Mbps, 30 Mbps, 50 Mbps, 100 Mbps, 250 Mbps, 500 Mbps and 1 Gbps.
- Union Mine High School located at 6530 Koki Lane, El Dorado, CA 95623 - minimum 10 Mbps internet circuit, and must also be able to carry up to 23 voice channels. Please provide options for growth including 10 Mbps, 20 Mbps, 30 Mbps 50 Mbps, 100 Mbps, 250 Mbps, 500 Mbps and 1 Gbps.
District is interested in agreements for Month to Month, 1 year contract with up to four optional annual extensions, 3 year contracts with two optional annual extensions, and a 5 year contract. Please note, quantities and bandwidths are estimates, and may increase or decrease over the term of the awarded contract.
Please indicate E-rate eligibility with all quotes/responses, including identifying any E-rate Ineligible features and associated costs. Due to the way EPC has been created with the service category questions, please consider information drafted into quantities, fields and units as an educated guess at a minimum for the issuance of this Form 470.
All quantities are estimates as solutions proposed by vendors to meet the minimum specifications required and outlined in the 470 and narrative may necessitate differing totals/quantities. Quantities are estimates. Please refer to the product descriptions listed above in this Narrative field for details on what is being requested.

Customer Requirements: Option for growth including, but not limited to, increases in bandwidth and/or additions of locations, or the move of locations as determined necessary by DISTRICT. Options for removal of sites or lines due to closures or re-organization requirements as deemed necessary by DISTRICT.
