Scope overview
Supply, installation and commissioning of six (6) on-site electrolysis systems for the production of sodium hypochlorite for drinking water and wastewater disinfection at water supply and wastewater treatment facilities in Rivne Region, Ukraine, within project No PLUA.01.02-IP.01-0001/24-00 ‘Sustainable Water Management: a Way to Revitalise Western Ukraine and Eastern Poland’, co-financed by the European Union under the Interreg VI-A NEXT Poland–Ukraine 2021-2027 Programme.
The contract covers the following sites and minimum production capacities of active chlorine: (1) Pumping station PS "Novyi Dvir" – electrolytic sodium hypochlorite generation system with a minimum production capacity of not less than 15 kg of active chlorine per day (CPV 42912330-4 Water-purifying apparatus); (2) Rivne wastewater treatment plant – electrolytic sodium hypochlorite generation system with a minimum production capacity of not less than 60 kg of active chlorine per day (CPV 42912330-4); (3) Pumping station PS "Horbakiv" – electrolytic sodium hypochlorite generation system with a minimum production capacity of not less than 30 kg of active chlorine per day (CPV 42912330-4); (4) Hoshcha wastewater treatment plant – electrolytic sodium hypochlorite generation system with a minimum production capacity of not less than 2.8 kg of active chlorine per day (CPV 42912330-4); (5) Pumping station PS "Boyarka" – electrolytic sodium hypochlorite generation system with a minimum production capacity of not less than 60 kg of active chlorine per day (CPV 42912330-4); (6) Pumping station PS-1 – electrolytic sodium hypochlorite generation system with a minimum production capacity of not less than 2.8 kg of active chlorine per day (CPV 42912330-4).
The systems shall produce sodium hypochlorite by electrolysis of brine for on-site disinfection of drinking water and/or wastewater, in accordance with the Technical Specification set out on Prozorro platform.
The contract price includes: the price of the goods, all taxes, fees, and other mandatory payments; pre-sale preparation and delivery to the contracting authority; all costs of the supplier including transport to the delivery locations; unloading and handling; verification of completeness and integrity in the presence of the contracting authority; installation of equipment on a turnkey basis, including all required works and services; commissioning and technical support for the entire warranty period, in accordance with the Technical Specification and the contract.
