Callaghan Innovation Seeks Google Workspace Integrated Document Management System

Callaghan Innovation has recently moved its Productivity Suite from Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace. To align with this, we require a fit for purpose, out of the box, and cloud-based EDRMS (electronic document and records management system).

The new solution is to provide effective and easy-to-use document and records management capabilities across Callaghan Innovation, and fully integrate with our Google Workspace (formerly G Suite). This is an opportunity to work with a unique organisation which provides a single front door to New Zealand�s innovation system.

Callaghan Innovation works closely with government departments, agencies, research institutions, polytechnics, and universities to help businesses turn ideas into internationally marketable products quickly and successfully. The Successful Respondent will contribute to the foundations of our new digital environment over the course of our digital transformation programme.

They will allow us to better connect, analyse and derive high value insights from a wide range of sources for years to come. While we are seeking an EDRMS solution now, there may be opportunities to scale-up the engagement as the programme progresses and if the provider exceeds our expectations.
