DNS bude slúžiť na zadávanie zákaziek na uskutočnenie stavebných prác v podmienkach verejného obstarávateľa bežne a všeobecne dostupných na trhu, konkrétne elektroinštalačných a elektromontážnych prác najmä (nie však výlučne) na verejnom osvetlení Hlavného mesta SR Bratislava a súvisiacich prác. Tento DNS je zriadený pre potreby verejného obstarávateľa a zákazky v ňom bude zadávať iba verejný obstarávateľ.
