Energetische Ertüchtigung und Sanierung Oberschule Friedrich Rückert Los 01 Baustelleneinrichtung Das denkmalgeschützte Gebäude soll mit Hilfe von Fördermitteln energetisch ertüchtigt werden (Energiestandard Kfw 85). Neben der Modernisierung der sanitären Anlagen erfolgt auch eine Instandsetzung ausgewählter Ausbauelemente im Rahmen des Innenausbaus sowie eine komplette Erneuerung der elektronischen Anlagen.
In diesem Los sind die Arbeiten für das Einrichten und Unterhalten der Baustelleneinrichtung mit Beratungs- und Sanitärcontainern, Sicherung der Baustelle mit Bauzaun ausgeschrieben ca. 300 m Bauzaun stellen, vorhalten und beräumen (z.T. mit Beleuchtung) ca. 2 St Bauzauntore mit Kette und Zahlenschloss ca. 120 m Sichtschutz ca. 2 St Sanitärcontainer liefern, aufstellen, unterhalten und beräumen; incl.
Anschluss an Trink- und Abwasser sowie Strom ca. 1 St Baustellenberatungscontainer liefern, aufstellen, unterhalten und beräumen; incl. Möblierung und Anschluss an Strom - wöchentliche Reinigung Sanitär- und Beratungscontainer incl.
