Scope overview

The Dunedin City Council (DCC) needs the support of an Engineering Project Manager on a secondment/contracted basis to support and be based within our 3 Waters capital delivery team. The initial engagement will be for 12 months, however this is potentially a 36 month assignment, subject to further funding. This is a priority project for the DCC and the Dunedin community.

We require someone to start as soon as possible. We require an experienced and high-calibre engineer/PM that requires the minimum levels of management, supervision and support.

3 Waters Network, Engineering Design and Project Management experience is essential, which must be supported by additional skills and experience including:- � Stormwater and Watercourses � Public/Private infrastructure boundaries � Flood-mitigation solutions � Risk analysis and prioritisation � Experience managing a $multi-million project budget � Stakeholder management � Reporting
