The Contractor shall provide all qualified personnel, management, supervision and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the services as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Businesses of all sizes are encouraged to respond; however, each respondent must clearly identify their business size in their capabilities statement. Interested parties are requested to submit a capabilities statement, information requested and answers to all questions indicated. The contract type is anticipated to be a Firm-Fixed Type contract type.
