Menetelmä ja analyysiohjelma ovat validoitu laboratoriossa vastaamaan NordLabin tarpeita hematologisten potilaiden mutaatioiden analysoimista varten. Hankinnan kohteena ovat SOPHiA Geneticsin extended Myeloid reagenssit ja SOPhia DDM palvelu jo olemassa olevalle NordLabin käyttämälle laitteelle, Illumina NextSeq550. Suorahankinnan peruste on hankintalain 40§ mom.
