Turun kaupungin konsernihallinnon hankintapalvelut tulee kilpailuttamaan Kaarinan, Paraisten, Salon ja Turun kaupungille hankittavan matalan kynnyksen yksilöllisen mielen työhyvinvointivalmennuksen ajalle 1.1.2027 (tavoite) - 31.12.2028 sekä option ajalle 1.1.2029 - 31.12.2031. Sopimus tehdään yhden toimittajan kanssa alkaen 1.1.2027 (tavoite).
Hankinnan kohteena on henkilöstön ennakoiva, matalan kynnyksen yksilöllinen mielen työhyvinvointivalmennus. Tarve liittyy varhaisen vaiheen työkyvyn tukemiseen, työurien monimuotoistumiseen ja osaltaan myös poissaolojen ennaltaehkäisyyn.
Tavoitteena on, että riittävän varhaisessa vaiheessa aloitetulla mielen työhyvinvointivalmennuksella voitaisiin joissain tapauksissa ennaltaehkäistä myös mielenterveyssyistä aiheutuvia poissaoloja. Hankinnan kohteena on nimenomaan varhaisen vaiheen ennalta ehkäisevä tuki siinä vaiheessa kun työkyvyssä havaitaan muutos.
Palvelun arvioitu määrä yhdelle vuodelle 50 kpl (Turku) muut kunnat yhteensä 50 kpl eli yhteensä 100 kpl 5 kerran yksilöllistä valmennusta, yhden valmennuskerran kesto on noin 45 minuuttia.Optiona pyydetään tarjoamaan 200 kpl ajalle 1.1.2029 - 31.12.2030. Optiossa on kyse tilaajan oikeudesta, ei velvollisuudesta.
