Scope overview
Le présent marché concerne spécifiquement la fourniture et la pose des sols en linoleum et les prestations concernées relatives à l’aménagement des bureaux TRAVYS sur le site de Champs-Lovats à Yverdon-les-Bains. Le projet consiste à aménager des bureaux pour la société TRAVYS à l’intérieur d’un bâtiment de type industriel situé à Champs-Lovats 15, 1400 Yverdon-les-Bains.
Le projet « Ensemble 25 » regroupe les services administratifs de TRAVYS. Les aménagements concernent deux niveaux : une partie du 1er étage (640 m2) ainsi que l’intégralité du 2ème étage (1'740 m2). Le marché mis en concurrence est composé uniquement des prestations fermes qui sont, de ce fait, obligatoires et doivent impérativement être fournies par l’adjudicataire si le marché lui est attribué.
Les prestations à adjuger sont détaillées dans le cahier des charges techniques Pièce B L’offre soumise doit tenir compte de l’entier des prestations qui sont nécessaires pour la réalisation du marché en bonne et due forme et en toute conformité aux règles de l’art, même si elles ne sont pas initialement listées dans le présent document. Toute réévaluation de prestations adjugées est exclue.
