Le présent marché couvre toutes les prestations de fourniture et mise en place d’échafaudages sur le site de l’EPFL, tant à l‘extérieur pour les travaux en toiture ou en façade qu‘à l‘intérieur pour des travaux de rénovation. De nombreux chantiers sur les toitures de l’EPFL nécessitent en effet la mise en place d’échafaudages avec un niveau de sécurité élevé rendu nécessaire par la nature du site universitaire.
De nombreux chantier de rénovation intérieurs ont également besoin d’échafaudages, notamment lors d’intervention dans les locaux de grande hauteur (centrales techniques, auditoires, etc.). Il ne s’agit pas d’un achat ponctuel, mais d’un marché visant à couvrir des prestations récurrentes sur plusieurs années. À cette fin, l’EPFL entend conclure des contrats-cadres avec 3 entreprises adjudicataires distinctes.
