Scope overview
Eagle Point School District 9, hereafter referred to as Applicant, is requesting proposals for the delivery of wide area network (WAN) services to EPSD9. Service is expected to originate at the EPSD9 hub site and be delivered to the eligible service locations. All locations, with addresses and demarcation points, are listed in the attached pricing sheet.
The new service is being planned to begin on July 1, 2026 which represents the expiration of the current leased WAN service.
Bids offering the following solutions will be considered: - Fully managed, leased lit fiber lease - Leased dark fiber - Self-provisioned fiber network - Services provided over third-party networks - Network equipment to place any leased dark fiber or self-provisioned network solutions into service - Maintenance & operations on any self-provisioned network or leased dark fiber solutions See attached RFP for specific details regarding this procurement.
Proposers must also complete the attachment "Pricing Worksheet for WAN 26-27", and clearly identify any taxes, fees, and voluntary extensions.
