Scope overview
Everest Academy of Lemont is seeking bids for Leased Lit Fiber and/or Leased Dark Fiber to provide high-speed internet access and data transmission to our campus. Option A (Leased Lit Fiber): Seeking a fully managed service with a minimum of 1 Gbps symmetrical bandwidth, scalable to 10 Gbps. The provider must include all necessary modulation and terminal equipment.
Option B (Leased Dark Fiber): Seeking a lease of 2 strands of single-mode fiber. Bidders must include a separate quote for Maintenance and Operations (M&O). General Requirements: > * Bidders must provide a Service Level Agreement (SLA) guaranteeing 99.9% uptime. All bids must identify any 'Special Construction' or installation charges upfront. We will consider 'Equivalent' services or equipment as per E-Rate rules.
