Scope overview
Auf den Grundstücken an der Ismaninger Straße 6 + 8 in 85609 Aschheim, amtliche Flurnummer 110 der Gemarkung Aschheim, wird ein neues Rathaus errichtet. Das Rathaus setzt sich zusammen aus einem zwei Flügeln und einer verbindenden Fuge. Der nördliche Flügel setzt die giebelständige Bebauung der Ismaninger Straße fort.
Der südliche Flügel springt zurück und spannt so den Rathausplatz auf, der zusammen mit dem Marktplatz die Ortsmitte markiert.
Die Glasfuge verbindet die Flügel und Geschosse über einer eleganten Treppe, ist das Foyer für alle Nutzungen, beherbergt die freundliche Information und stellt bildet ablesbar und selbstverständlich Adresse und Eingang aus.Das Gebäude wird unterkellert.Gegenstand dieser Leistungsbeschreibung sind sämtliche Arbeiten zur Herstellung der Baugrube und der Baugrubensicherung (Bohrpfahl-wand, Höhe bis ca. 10 m).
Nachstehend sind die Hauptleistungen des LVs aufgestellt:- Herstellung, Vorhaltung und Räumung der Baustelleneinrichtung inkl.
