TYKS Suu- ja leukasairauksien klinikalla tuotetaan hammaslääketieteenerikoisalojen mukaisia palveluja potilasryhmille, joilla on erikoissairaanhoidontasoista hoitoa vaativia suun ja leukojen alueen sairauksia tai heillä on yleissairauksia, jonka vuoksi suun terveydenhuolto on syytä toteuttaa sairaalaolosuhteissa.
Sopimuksia on tarkoitus jatkaa ajalle 1.3.2026 - 28.2.2027, koska uusi kilpailutus tulee viivästymään, eikä uusia sopimuksia saada voimaan nykyisen sopimuskauden päättyessä 28.2.2026. Hammasteknisten laboratoriopalveluiden saatavuus on tarpeen turvata siihen asti, kunnes uusi kilpailutus saadaan toteutettua ja uudet sopimukset astuvat voimaan.,
