Scope overview
Es sind die beiden Seilaufzüge in dem vorhandenen Schacht zu erneuern. Die Einhausungen und Traggerüste sind weitestgehend zu erhalten. Die komplette Türfront an den Zugängen ist zu erneuern. Bauseits sind keine Änderungen an den Schachtgerüsten vorgesehen, insbesondere keine Vergrößerung der Schachtgruben /-köpfe. Es ist die komplette Technik zu ersetzen, inkl. Kabine, Beleuchtungen, Türen etc.
Die Demontage und Entsorgung der Altanlagen gehört zur Leistung des Auftragnehmers. Die Aufzüge sind ab Mitte 2026 nacheinander zu erneuern, d. h. es muss immer ein Aufzug in Betrieb bleiben. Vor den Sommerferien 2027 müssen beide Aufzüge erneuert und in Betrieb sein. Detaillierte Informationen sind dem Leistungsverzeichnis bzw. den Vergabeunterlagen zu entnehmen.
