Scope overview
Errichtung der Energiezentrale Mitte im Torbunker 2 auf der Kieler Mittelinsel der Schleusenanlage Kiel Holtenau. In den bestehende Torbunker 2 auf dem Gelände vom Wasserstraßen- und Schifffahrtsamt in Kiel-Holtenau ist eine Energiezentrale Mitte innerhalb des ehemaligen Bunkers geplant. Des Weiteren ist zur räumlichen Erweiterung eine Trafostation vor dem bestehenden Bunker aus Stahlbeton geplant.
Der bestehende Torbunker 2 besitzt Außenabmessungen gemäß Bestandsunterlagen von 18,40 m x 11,10 m (L x B) und eine Höhe ab Geländeoberkante von rd. 7,00 m. Die Außenwände sind aus 2,00 m starken Stahlbeton erstellt worden. Es gibt im Norden einen Zugang über eine rd. 1,52 m x 2,21 m große Türöffnung. Zur Raumaufteilung innerhalb der Energiezentrale Mitte werden Kalksandsteinmauerwerkswände geplant.
Die Kalksandsteinmauerwerkswände innerhalb der geplanten Energiezentrale Mitte dienen ausschließlich der Raumtrennung und erfahren keine Belastungen außer ihrem Eigengewicht. Auf der Westseite wird der Mittelspannungsraum geplant. Auf der Nordseite, auf der man den Bestand begehen kann, wird ein Lager geplant. Auf der Südseite neben dem Lager wird der NSHV-Raum angeordnet.
Die elektrotechnische Ausrüstung ist nicht Teil dieser Ausschreibung. Es ist eine vorläufige und reduzierte Gebäudeausrüstung vorzusehen. Die Trafostation liegt nördlich des bestehenden Torbunkers 2. Die Außenabmessungen oberhalb der Geländeoberkante betragen rd. 6,90 m x 3,40 m x 3,70 m (L x B x H). Die Station wird mit einer Kellerwanne einschließlich vorgesetztem Zuluftschacht aus Ortbeton geplant.
