Scope overview
Errichtung eines Trafogebäudes, das zur Unterbringung von elektrischen Großkomponenten dient. Es handelt sich um einen reinen Betonbau der durch zwei Trennwände aus Beton in drei Bereiche unterteilt wird. Das Gebäude erhält keine Wärmedämmung und Bauwerksabdichtungen nur im erdberührten Bereich. Das Dach wird als Gründach ausgeführt.
Hinzu kommt eine Fertigstellungspflege und Pflege der Extensivbegrünung: bis zur Erreichung eines abnahmefähigen Zustandes in Anlehnung an die FLL-Richtlinien für Dachbegrünungen (jeweils neueste Ausgabe).
Folgende Pflegemaßnahmen fallen hierunter: • Entfernung von nicht tolerierbarem Fremdaufwuchs • Nachsaat von Kahlstellen • Düngung, Wässern bei Bedarf • Freihalten der technischer Einrichtungen sowie des Kiesstreifens von funktionsbeeinträchtigendem Bewuchs sowie 2 Pflegegänge pro Jahr, bzw. mind. ein Pflege- und ein Kontrollgang. Weiterhin erhält das Gebäude vier Türen und drei Lüftungsgitter.
