Scope overview
Die Bundesanstalt für Gewässerkunde beschafft ein Mikrowellenaufschlusssystem inklusive der zugehörigen Grundausstattung (Rotor, Druckgefäße) für Säureaufschlüsse von Boden-, Sediment- und Wasserproben.
Die Mikrowellenleistung muss 200 Watt betragen und das Gerät muss zur genauen Messung aller Linerinnentemperaturen eines Rotors in Echtzeit sowie zur Steuerung der Aufschlussbedingungen über Temperaturprogramme befähigt sein.
Weitere Voraussetzung ist eine eingebaute Hochleistungs-Luftkühlung des Mikrowellensystems mit der Möglichkeit zur Kühlung eines voll beladenen Rotors von 200 °C auf <60 °C in weniger als 20 Minuten. Zu erfüllende Anforderungen an den Rotor sind mindestens 24 Plätze für Aufschlussgefäße, die eine direkte Entnahme der Gefäße aus dem Gerät ohne die Entnahme des Rotors ermöglichen.
Die Lieferung umfasst die Bereitstellung von 2 kompletten Gefäßsätzen (d.h. mind. 48 Gefäße aus PTFE-TFM), die ein Gesamtvolumen von 50 ml umfassen, über einen automatischen Überdruckablass verfügen und aus jeweils maximal 3 Teilen bestehen. Weiteres entnehmen Sie bitte der Leistungsbeschreibung.
