Scope overview
Die Gemeinde Kusterdingen plant die Erweiterung und Modernisierung der Härtenschule. Zunächst soll ein Neubau für den Ganztagsbereich (Fläche ca. 1.150 m²) erstellt werden. Im Anschluss soll der Bestand umgebaut und modernisiert werden (Fläche ca. 1.400 m²). --> voraussichtliche Kosten (KG: 200-700, netto): Neubau: 5,2 Mio. €, Altbau: 3,3 Mio. €.
--> voraussichtliche Termine: Beginn Planung: nach Abschluss des Vergabeverfahrens, voraussichtlich: September 2026. Das Projekt muss bis zum 1. September 2029 beim Fördermittelgeber abgerechnet sein. --> Im Rahmen der Stufe 2 werden Lösungsvorschläge/Arbeitsproben gefordert. Folgende Leistungen werden voraussichtlich gefordert (Änderungen vorbehalten): 1. Darstellung des Außenraums mit dem Zugang zum Gebäude, 2.
Grundrisse der Gebäude mit schematischer Darstellung der verschiedenen Funktionsbereiche, 3. prägende Ansichten und evtl. einen Systemschnitt. Jeder Bieter erhält für die Ausarbeitung eine Aufwandsentschädigung.
