Scope overview
Die Projektrealisierung des Erweiterungsbaus der Kindertagesstätte "Zwergenburg" erfordert zunächst die Vergabe und Beauftragung der erforderlichen Planungsleistungen.
Der Auftraggeber wird folgende Vergabeverfahren durchführen: - Objektplanung Gebäude und Innenräume (§ 34 HOAI, Verhandlungsverfahren mit Teilnahmewettbewerb) - Fachplanung TGA (§ 55 HOAI, Verhandlungsverfahren mit Teilnahmewettbewerb) - Objektplanung Freianlagen (§ 39 HOAI, Offenes Verfahren) - Beratungsleistungen SiGeKo (Offenes Verfahren) - Fachplanung Tragwerk (§ 51 HOAI, Offenes Verfahren) Aus Kapazitätsgründen und zur Sicherstellung einer zeitoptimierten und wirtschaftlichen Projektrealisierung benötigt der Auftraggeber die Unterstützung durch externe Projektsteuerungsleistungen.
Die Projektsteuerungsleistungen sind entsprechend der Leistungsbilder der AHO, Heft Nr. 9 "Projektmanagement in der Bau- und Immobilienwirtschaft - Stand März 2020" zu erbringen.
