Scope overview
This FCC Form 470 and Request for Quote is for service providers to provide pricing for approximately 40 10 Gbps Leased Lit Circuit and/or Leased Dark Fiber Circuits (4 Strands each) between the Service Locations identified in the Service Pricing Tables.
Service Providers must complete and send the Request for Quote via E-Mail to Russell Neal, E-Rate Consultant, rneal@vstservices.com and Cole Wolsch, Director of Information Technology, Cwolsch@esc11.net by 3:00 PM CT on March 30th, 2026. Responses received after this time and date will be disqualified. Region 11 will only accept responses submitted on the attached Request Document.
Questions must be received by March 13th, 2026 at 3:00 PM CT. Only bids received on the specified pricing sheets will be accepted. All other responses including automated bid responses will be disqualified. Agency: Esc Region 11 Consortium Status: Certified
