Espoon Asunnot Oy:n 15 kiinteistön puuosien ulkomaalaus asiakirjojen mukaisesti. Kohteet jaetaan kolmeen eri kiinteistöryhmään. Valintaperusteena käytetään edullisinta kiinteistöryhmäkohtaista urakkahintaa, sama tarjoaja voi voittaa enimmillään kaksi kiinteistöryhmää, tilaaja pidättää oikeuden päättää toteutettavat kiinteistöryhmät, mikäli sama tarjoaja olisi voittanut kaikki kolme kiinteistöryhmää.
Tilaaja pidättää oikeuden jättää kohteita toteuttamatta mm. budjettiylityksistä johtuen. Tarjoajan on tarjottava kaikkia kiinteistöryhmiä.
