Kilpailutettavat ICT tuki- ja ylläpitopalvelut sekä palvelinkapasiteettipalvelu kattavat tuen työasemille sekä tilaajan jo olemassa olevalle laitekannalle, sekä palvelinalustan tilaajan palvelinohjelmistoille.
Kilpailutukseen sisältyy nykyisten käytössä olevien palvelinten siirto ja hallinnointi Azure-pilvipalveluympäristöön sellaisten palvelinten osalta, joiden siirto ympäristöön on mahdollista.
