- The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of East Africa Skills for Transformation and Regional Integration Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the procurement of IT equipment and Classroom furniture and fixture.
- Tourism Training Institute now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the supply of IT equipment and Classroom furniture and fixture.as follows:

- Bidding will be conducted through national competitive bidding procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” July, 2023 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
- The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested Bidders directly to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 400.00 (Ethiopian Birr Four Hundred) or its equivalent freely convertible currency starting from the first announcement of this notice on the Ethiopian Herald in office hours until the closing date and time. The method of payment will be bank transfer on the bank account MoLS-Tourism Training Institute 1000572817893 Commercial Bank of Ethiopia.
- Bids must be delivered to Tourism Training Institute, Building Block Number 1 Office number 13 EASTRIP PIU office before 2:00 p.m. December 8 , 2025 and Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on the same date at 2:30 p.m. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. If the bid opening or closing date is on holiday, closing and opening of the bid will be the next working day at the same time and venue.
- All Bids must be accompanied by the amount of bid security as stated in the above table in the form of Unconditional Bank Guarantee or CPO which should be issued from a reputable Bank in a freely convertible currency with validity period not less than 60 days in the name of Tourism Training Institute.
- Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder’s beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document.
- Bidders are required to submit copies of all eligible documents and licenses, which are renewed for the year 2024/2025.
- Tourism Training Institute reserves the right to reject part and/or all bids.
