Scope overview
Styrelsen for Grøn Arealomlægning og Vandmiljø (herefter SGAV) er partner i projektet LIFE IP Natureman (2018-2027).
Projektets overordnede formål er at forbedre naturkvaliteten i de himmerlandske og midtjyske ådale (på tværs af 11 Natura 2000-områder) i forhold til udbredelsen og tilstanden af habitatnaturtyperne kildevæld, rigkær, tidvis våd eng, tørt kalksandsoverdrev, kalkoverdrev og surt overdrev, samt status for en række fokusarter knyttet til disse naturtyper.
SGAV har ansvaret for projektets monitering og afrapportering af naturplejeindsatsens effekt på naturtyper og arter. Den udbudte opgave indgår i den afsluttende monitering og består af en stikprøvevis overvågning, der på tværs af LIFE IP Natureman skal dokumentere effekten af forskellige typer indsatser på udvalgte arealer. Der skal i alt moniteres 552 punkter/prøvefelter fordelt i 10 habitatområder.
Opgaven skal løses i henhold til ”Vejledning til supplerende monitering af lysåbne naturarealer i LIFE IP Natureman”, jf. udbudsmaterialets Underbilag 1.1. Opgaven skal overordnet set udføres i perioden fra 1. juni 2026 til og med 31. august 2026. Leverandøren skal overholde overvågningsvinduet for de enkelte punkter. Disse fremgår af GIS-filen, jf. udbudsmaterialets Underbilag 1.2.
Metoden beskrevet i udbudsmaterialets Underbilag 1.1 tager udgangspunkt i den metode, der bruges til NOVANA lysåben kontrolovervågning (beskrevet i den tekniske anvisning TA-N01 Overvågning af terrestriske naturtyper), suppleret med indsamling af ekstra data som fx registrering af arter i pinpoint og registrering af blomstring. Desuden afsættes punkterne med d-GPS.
