Voor de realisatie van deze nieuwbouw is gemeente Berkelland op zoek naar één geschikte, ervaren en professionele bouwteampartner die zowel de bouwkundig als de installatietechnisch uitvoerende werkzaamheden verder (na VO+) in bouwteam zal door ontwikkelen waarna bij positieve afronding van de bouwteamfase het plan te realiseren.
