De dienstverlening binnen dit perceel bestaat uit onder meer advisering bij de aanschaf van hardware, levering, installatie waar van toepassing, garantieafhandeling, break-fix dienstverlening en lifecycle management. De exacte specificaties, aantallen en te bestellen hardware worden per bestelling door Zorginstituut Nederland bepaald. Zorginstituut Nederland behoudt hierbij de regie over merk- en typekeuzes.
Perceel 2 Serverruimten betreft het volgende. De dienstverlening binnen dit perceel bestaat uit onder andere advisering, leveringen, break-fix en garantie afhandeling, lifecycle management activiteiten, ondersteuning bij het inrichten en het beheren van de complete netwerkconfiguraties, van hardware tot de daarop operationele software.
Het operationele beheer bestaat uit 24x7 incident en change management, onderhoudswerkzaamheden en verzorgen van administratie en rapportages.
