Scope overview
Vorbereitung, Begleitung und Auswertung der Besucherbefragung Dauerausstellung. Die Auftragnehmerin erstellt ein Gesamt-Evaluationskonzept in Abstimmung mit der Auftraggeberin. Sie erstellt außerdem sämtliche für die Evaluation erforderlichen Materialien (digital und analog), bspw. Fragebögen, Beobachtungsbögen etc. Sie schlägt digitale Tools vor, die seitens der Auftraggeberin beschafft werden.
Die Auftragnehmerin führt eine Einweisung der involvierten Personen für die Feldforschung durch. Die Personen, die die Feldforschung durchführen, werden von Seiten der Auftraggeberin gestellt. Die Auftragnehmerin koordiniert die Datenerhebung, Zeitplanung und Qualitätskontrolle. Den Personaleinsatz zur Durchführung koordiniert die Auftraggeberin.
Die Auftragnehmerin entwickelt einen Workflow zur Übertragung der Erhebungsdaten und wertet diese nach allgemeinen Standards der Publikumsforschung sowie der empirischen Sozialforschung aus (qualitativ und quantitativ). Sie bereitet die Ergebnisse redaktionell auf in Form eines ausführlichen Berichts mit grafischen Darstellungen vor.
Sie hält eine mündliche Abschlusspräsentation der wichtigsten Ergebnisse (digital möglich). Geschätztes / maximales Auftragsvolumen: 40.000,-- Euro netto.
