Reference: REOI/2026/EURO/HSE/PHE/0001 The World Health Organization (WHO) invites vendors to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for Provision of organization and management of event, accommodation and logistical services for ‘’Protecting Health in Earthquakes. WHO Ministerial Conference on advancing health security through earthquake emergency management’’ which address the following objectives: A.
Event Preparations (approx. 250 participants) Identify and secure a venue suitable for approximately 250 participants, meeting WHO logistical and technical requirements, including accommodation for experts and guests. Arrange A/V, interpretation, branding (banners, backdrops, posters), photo/video services and catering in line with WHO healthy meeting standards.
Ensure hybrid/online connectivity with real-time broadcasting as required. Provide transportation for participants. B. Event Execution Manage overall logistics and coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure seamless delivery. Provide full on-site management and act as the primary logistical focal point, including handling ad-hoc requests.
Oversee venue set-up, decoration, and WHO branding in coordination with the WHO Communications team. C. Post-Event Submit a post-event report summarizing outcomes, challenges and recommendations for future events. WHO intends to invite selected vendors to participate in a formal solicitation, via a Request for Proposals (RFP), at a later stage, for the above requirements.
