Scope overview
Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet la réalisation des examens de radiologie conventionnelle des patients de l’Espace Santé de la RATP comprenant les salariés statutaires, contractuels, actifs, retraités ainsi que les agents filialisés en application de la loi dite « LOM ». Il est envisagé d’attribuer chaque lot à 7 attributaires différents.
A titre indicatif, les nombres d'actes en 2024 furent les suivants : - 3 074 actes de radiographie conventionnelle (hors panoramiques dentaires et Cônes Beam) ont été effectués par le service d’imagerie médicale de l’Espace Santé, soit en moyenne 12 examens par jour ; - et 5 895 actes ont été effectués hors Espace santé pour les salariés actifs et retraités relevant du régime spécial de sécurité sociale.
Le présent marché prend la forme d’un accord-cadre à bons de commandes multi-attributaires sans montant minimum et sans montant maximum, avec une quantité maximum d’actes de 43 050 sur une durée maximale de 4 ans.
