Într-o descriere sumară lucrările care trebuie realizate sunt: Lucrări de amenajare a terenului, Lucrări pentru asigurare utilitati, Lucrări la infrastructura de mobilitate: construire Piste biciclete, marcaje si indicatoare, lucrari edilitare; Lucrări pentru punerea in siguranta a malurilor: Protectie albie, amanajare taluz, fundatii, parapete; Lucrări de construire pasarela ciclo-pietonala, scari, deck, pavilion, turn etc Lucrări de amenajare peisagistica si dotare cu mobilier urban; Lucrări de execuție sistem de iluminat public și canalizatii; Lucrări de execuție Sistem CCTV si FO, Valoarea estimata fara TVA (numai in cifre): 39.349.109,76 lei fără TVA Durata de executie a lucrarilor contractului: 18 luni, la care se adauga o perioada de maxim 2 luni pentru receptia la terminarea lucrarilor, inclusiv remedierile necesare, dupa caz.
Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/ candidaturilor: 20 Autoritatea contractanta va transmite raspunsul la clarificari in a 11-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.
