Scope overview
Předmětem této veřejné zakázky je zajištění odborných služeb expertů ve zdravotnictví v rámci projektu Renovace a modernizace nemocnic na Ukrajině v rámci UIF (Ukrajine Investment Framework), a to za účelem poskytování odborné podpory v oblasti řízení kvality nemocniční péče a zdravotnické techniky. Konkrétní specifikace služby je uvedena v návrhu smlouvy, který tvoří přílohu č. 1 této ZD.
Předmět služeb je smlouvou rozdělen na jednotlivá témata. Zadavatel požaduje zajištění minimálně 2 expertů pro každou níže uvedenou kategorii služeb: a. Expert na řízení kvality nemocniční péče, b. Expert na zdravotnickou techniku. Účastník musí nabídnout pro každou z kategorií služeb minimálně 2 experty, kteří splňují všechny kvalifikační požadavky stanovené pro danou kategorii.
Jedna fyzická osoba může být nabídnuta pro obě kategorie, pokud její odborné a časové kapacity umožňují plnění obou oblastí. Jména expertů budou účastníkem zadávacího řízení doplněna do návrhu smlouvy (příloha č. 1 ZD) v rámci podávané nabídky, podle právního řádu České republiky.
