Scope overview
Met deze aanbesteding wil Aanbestedende dienst de aanschaf, implementatie en het onderhoud van een geïntegreerd sportaccommodatie software- en hardwarepakket contracteren. Hergebruik van bestaande hardware heeft de voorkeur in het kader van duurzaamheid. Verouderde of incompatibele hardware zal vervangen worden door nieuwe/moderne hardware.
De toekomstige Opdrachtnemer, alsmede de door de Opdrachtnemer te leveren diensten, moeten hierbij voldoen aan de door Aanbestedende dienst gestelde voorwaarden, die zijn gespecificeerd in dit Aanbestedingsdocument inclusief alle bijlagen.
Aanbestedende dienst doorloopt hiervoor een openbaar Europees aanbestedingstraject met als doel om tot een overeenkomst te komen voor de gemeente Tilburg met één (1) Opdrachtnemer voor de levering en aanvullende dienstverlening van een exploitatiebeheersysteem voor het Sportbedrijf Tilburg.
De volgende leveringen en diensten maken in zijn geheel onderdeel uit van deze aanbesteding: Software voor sportaccommodatiebeheer, sportactiviteitenbeheer en exploitatie; Hardware voor toegangscontrole en point of sale; Implementatie en datamigratiediensten; Training en ondersteuning; Onderhoud en hosting.
