Scope overview

The Pleasant Camp Port of Entry in Stikine Region, BC (V0W 1A0) has been identified as one of the low volume ports to be redeveloped across Canada.

The proposed new facility will be larger in size for building, with a new bi-level Primary Inspection Lane booth and a new detached enclosed secondary garage.Work to be performed under the Contract includes, but is not limited to, the following items: •Set up construction fence and the construction office trailer•Excavate site to prepare for new Work•Extend underground electrical concrete duct bank•Construct foundation of new buildings•Maintain operation of existing building•Construct new buildings.

If any construction modules are to be pre-fabricated, they must meet all standards•Install new paving•Install new landscaping•Assist Departmental Representative to move to new buildings•Demolish existing building and canopy•Complete roadworks, gates, landscaping, and other site workComplete Works within thirty-eight (38) months from award of Contract.

This Project requires the Facility to continue to operate between 07:00 to 19:00.
