Scope overview
Auckland Council Development Project Office seeks to procure professional services to complete the investigation and concept design for the Stage 2 of the Federal Street Streetscape Enhancement (between Mayoral Drive and Wellesley Street). This project will include the St Matthews Church lands with their interface to Hobson and Wellesley Street, and creation of a gateway plaza at the southern end of works.
We desire a concept design for a high quality shared space environment similar to Federal Street between Wellesley and Victoria, but with a character that reacts to this space. The scope of works is as per the attached documents,
