Scope overview
Georgia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Log-In Georgia Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Fiber Optic (passive) Infrastructure Deployment: Phase 4 (Kvemo Kartli) . The N(N)LE OPEN NET, the PIU, now invites Bids from eligible Bidders for the above CW in Kvemo Kartli region, with the duration of works of 450 days.
No margin of preference is applied. Qualifying criteria to award the contract can be found in the Bidding Document. Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers- Procurement in Investment Projects Financing” dated July 2016 (seventh edition, September, 2025) (“Procurement Regulations”).

The Bidding documents are in English and can be downloaded for free. Bids will be opened electronically. A Bid-Securing Declaration must accompany all Bids . The Bid not accompanied by a Bid-Securing Declaration will be rejected.
