Scope overview

Georgia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Log-In Georgia Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Fiber Optic (passive) Infrastructure Deployment: Phase 4 (Tsalka-Akhalkalaki-Akhaltsikhe) .

The bidding process will be governed by the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations dated July 2016 (sixth edition, February 2025) (“Procurement Regulations”). The N(N)LE OPEN NET now invites Bids from eligible Bidders for Fiber Optic (passive) infrastructure construction in the settlements of Tsalka-Akhalkalaki-Akhaltsikhe region, with the duration of works of 450 days. No margin of preference is applied.

Qualifying criteria to award the contract can be found in the Bidding Document. Bidding will be conducted through open national competitive procurement using Request for Bids (RFB) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information on the bidding and documents at “Georgian Electronic - Government Procurement System (Ge-GP)” – the official portal of State Procurement in Georgia, operated by the State Procurement Agency (http://procurement.gov.ge/ ).

The Bidding documents in English are available on “Georgian Electronic - Government Procurement System (Ge-GP)” in electronic format and can be downloaded for free. Bids must be delivered electronically using “Georgian Electronic - Government Procurement System (Ge-GP)” (http://procurement.gov.ge/ ). Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened electronically.
