Scope overview
In het kader van deze opdracht is BAC voornemens de huidige Flight Information Display System (FIDS) software, die intern werd ontwikkeld, te vervangen door een hedendaagse, marktconforme en vooruitstrevende oplossing. Met deze opdracht beoogt BAC een FIDS leverancier te selecteren die instaat voor de levering, implementatie, het operationeel beheer en het onderhoud van de FIDS oplossing.
De geselecteerde leverancier wordt verwacht op te treden als strategische partner en end to end verantwoordelijk te zijn voor de volledige levenscyclus van het FIDS product.
De beoogde samenwerkingsvorm dient BAC in staat te stellen om: • flexibel en wendbaar in te spelen op specifieke businessbehoeften, inclusief configuraties en uitbreidingen op maat van BAC, waaronder dynamische signalisatie en informatiedisplay van openbaar vervoer; • te beschikken over voldoende capaciteit, expertise en continuïteit, zonder afhankelijkheid van interne ontwikkelresources van BAC; • te waarborgen dat het FIDS product continu evolueert in lijn met relevante marktontwikkelingen, regelgeving en technologische innovaties.
De voorgestelde oplossing dient schaalbaar, toekomstgericht en aantoonbaar operationeel bij vergelijkbare luchthavens, en moet bijdragen aan een duurzame, stabiele en performante FIDS omgeving voor BAC.
