- Summary Seaton Valley Community Council (SVCC) invites bids from suitably experienced horticultural contractors for the supply, installation and maintenance of floral planting schemes across the five villages of Seaton Delaval, Seghill, Seaton Sluice, New Hartley and Holywell. Contract Term 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2028 Optional extension: Up to 24 months (performance-dependent, not guaranteed) 3. Estimated Value Estimated combined value for 2026-28: £100,000-£120,000.
