Please submit your proposals by latest Tuesday 24 Mar 2026 at 23:59 (Syria time). VERY IMPORTANT NOTES: Joint venture international companies are encouraged to submit their offers; please review item#4.2 of the above attached document. Pages 3-5 (QUOTATION FORM) of the tender document should be signed, stamped and presented along with the technical offer.
All bids shall be submitted in USD or EURO or Syrian Pounds (SYP). The LTAs and respective POs will be issued in the same currency of the offer. Please note that any inquiries related to this LITB will be acceptable through e-mail ONLY by latest: Wednesday 11 March 2026 and will not be considered through phone calls. Kindly make sure that the e-mail mentions the LITB reference number 9202801.

Bids should be valid for a period of no less than One Hundred and Twenty (120) days after the ITB deadline. Samples must be received by latest on Tuesday 24 Mar 2026@ 23.59 hrs [Damascus Time]and sent to UNICEF Ghassouleh WH [any other location will be rejected directly]. Please take into consideration to put your company name, tender number and Kit name on the carton .
