Scope overview
District seeks bids on a Fortinet Fortigate 700G series firewall or equivalent with associated five-year license, installation and configuration. Additional categories have been added to allow for additional skus for services that are eligible but deemed applicable in another category or as BMIC. Vendors must be eRate eligible with an active SPIN listed on their bid and not on the USAC "red light" list.
Contracts must align with Cybersecurity Pilot Program funding year. SPAM and/or robotic responses will not be considered valid bid responses and will be disqualified from consideration. Bid deadline is Monday, September 15, 2025 and district reserves the right to reject any and all bids received after COB on that date.
