Scope overview
Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet la fourniture et livraison d'outillage (à main, électrique, électroportatif) et de quincaillerie. L'accord-cadre est traité à prix unitaires révisables. Ces fournitures font l'objet d'un lot unique. L'accord-cadre est conclu pour une période comprise entre le 1er mai 2026 et le 30 avril 2027.
Dans le cas où la notification ne pourrait intervenir à la date du 1er mai 2026, la prise d'effet de l'accord-cadre serait alors fixée à la date de notification de celui-ci au Titulaire.
L'accord-cadre se reconduit tacitement annuellement au maximum 3 fois par période de 1 année(s) (en cas de reconduction, le Titulaire de l'accord-cadre ne peut s'y opposer) sauf dénonciation 6 (six) mois avant l'échéance par courrier recommandé avec accusé de réception. Cette décision de non-reconduction n'ouvrira aucun droit à indemnité pour le titulaire
