Par une convention de délégation de service public conclue le 01 Juillet 2022, la collectivité de la commune de Perpignan a confié à Dalkia la gestion du service public de la réalisation et l'exploitation d'un réseau de chaleur sur une partie du territoire de la commune de Perpignan.
Dans le cadre de sa concession, DALKIA doit réaliser en 2026/2027 des travaux de transformation de 15 chaufferies existantes en sous-stations. La présente consultation concerne la fourniture des échangeurs des sous-stations.
