La présente consultation a pour objet l'attribution d'un accord-cadre portant sur la Fourniture et livraison de HVO à Rodes, ci-après désigné dans le présent REC le « Marché ». La nature et l'importance des fournitures sont définies dans le cahier des charges (CDC) et dans le cahier des prescriptions spéciales (CPS).
Le marché attribué au terme de la présente consultation prendra la forme juridique d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande mono- attributaire. Cet accord-cadre est passé sans minimum et avec un maximum mentionné dans le projet de CPS. Les quantités estimées de l'accord cadre sur sa durée totale sont de 1 440 m3.
