Scope overview
L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Le présent appel d'offres a pour objet : la fourniture et la livraison de conteneurs d'apport volontaire aériens.
Producteurs et flux concernés Les conteneurs sont destinés à la collecte des déchets issus des producteurs suivants : particuliers, établissements artisanaux, industriels et commerciaux, administrations de l'Etat et des Collectivités, établissements publics et privés qui, eu égard à leurs caractéristiques et aux quantités produites, peuvent être collectés sans sujétions techniques particulières.
Les conteneurs concernés sont destinés à la collecte des flux suivants : > Ordures Ménagères Résiduelles (OMR) - Les déchets ordinaires provenant de la préparation des aliments et du nettoiement normal des habitations et bureaux, débris de verre ou de vaisselle, chiffons, balayures et résidus divers - Les déchets des marchés et manifestations occasionnelles > Déchets Ménagers Recyclables (DMR) - Les journaux et magazines, - Les emballages en plastiques, papier, carton ou métal et ceux constitués d'un mélange de plusieurs de ces matériaux > Verre Ménager Recyclable (V) - Les bouteilles et flaconnages en verre issus de la consommation courante des ménages
