Scope overview
Le présent marché s’inscrit dans le cadre du projet de modernisation et d’extension des capacités d’imagerie médicale de la Clinique Vétérinaire Universitaire – Département des équidés de l’Université de Liège.
Ce projet vise à doter le service d’un équipement de tomographie volumique à faisceau conique (CBCT) et de fluoroscopie de dernière génération compatible avec un système de guidage chirurgical, permettant la réalisation d’examens 2D et 3D de haute précision, adaptés aux besoins du diagnostic et de la chirurgie équine.
L’acquisition de ce dispositif répond à la nécessité de rétablir la capacité de prendre en charge les chirurgies osseuses et vasculaire présentées à la clinique Le projet permettra également de soutenir les missions d’enseignement et de recherche du département, en offrant aux chercheurs et aux étudiants et un outil performant et polyvalent, compatible avec les standards actuels de gestion par imagerie médicale Le marché comprend la fourniture, l’installation, la mise en service et la formation à l’utilisation de l’équipement, afin de garantir une intégration optimale dans l’activité quotidienne de la clinique.
Remarque Le marché prévoit la possibilité de remettre offre pour du matériel de démonstration sous forme de variante autorisée (voir point 3.1.1).
