Le présent marché a pour objet la fourniture, la livraison et la gestion de titres restaurant dématérialisés pour les agents du Conseil Départemental de la Dordogne (hors assistants familiaux et agents du village de l'enfance). La prestation comprend : - la fourniture et la livraison de titres restaurant dématérialisés.
- la fourniture d'une solution informatique de gestion des commandes de titres restaurant (outil de commande WEB). - l'accès à un « compte personnel bénéficiaire » via une plateforme en ligne sécurisée et une application. Il est conclu sous la forme d'un accord-cadre à bons de commandes avec un maximum fixé en quantités à 1 497 200 titres restaurant par an. Il est d'une durée d'un an reconductible 3 fois tacitement.
Il est prévu une phase préparatoire préalablement à la mise en oeuvre de la prestation. Cette phase préparatoire débutera à compter de la notification de l'accord-cadre.
Pendant cette phase d'une durée de 8 semaines maximum, le titulaire devra : - Paramétrer l'outil de commande en ligne, - Paramétrer les cartes, - Faire une commande test (carte et titres restaurants) La première commande devra impérativement pouvoir être effectuée en juin 2026 : chargement des cartes au mois de juin 2026 (jours travaillés du mois de mai 2026)
